The K-line: October 2010

Hi all,

For some of you this isn't news, but for those who don't know, I'm in a sketch comedy group. For some of you, sketch comedy is most easily explained as that thing they no longer do very well on Saturday Night Live. That means this is scripted (written) material, that goes through an editing, rehearsal, production process before being filmed and edited.

Our group is called, Hugs Aren't Enough. We formed in February of this year. First we met and wrote and wrote and wrote. Our first sketch was filmed in late June and our last one was shot just two weekends ago. I have just uploaded a reel (our body of work) that we are submitting to the SF Sketchfest in hopes of being accepted as participants in the 2011 event (late Jan-early Feb).

I hope you enjoy, if you don't, I don't need to know that. If you do, great, glad you did. We are next going to be working on our official site, YouTube page, FOD (Funny or Die) channel, and Facebook presence. We will want to get the word out. So when that time comes, and you want to help, I'll ask you to help.
